Suicide Bomber Targets School Bus in Pakistan: 5 Killed, 38 Injured

At least five people, including three children, have been killed and 38 others injured after a suicide bomber targeted a school bus in Khuzdar district, Balochistan province, on Wednesday morning.

The bus, which belonged to the Army Public School, was picking up children when the blast occurred. Pakistani military officials have accused what they called “Indian terror proxies” of being behind the attack, though no evidence has been publicly presented.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif condemned the incident, describing it as an act of “brutality” by terrorists allegedly operating under Indian patronage.

There has been no immediate response from Indian authorities regarding the accusations.

This tragic incident adds to the ongoing security challenges in Balochistan, a region that has faced persistent unrest and insurgent activity.
